4 Side Distributors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparent, reliable, and compliant order fulfillment. This Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled for our wholesale distribution services.

1. Order Eligibility

All products and services offered by 4 Side Distributors are available exclusively to qualified business partners.
Wholesale orders are subject to:

  • Business verification

  • Compliance approval

  • State and federal regulatory eligibility

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that do not meet compliance or verification requirements.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation and compliance approval.

  • Processing times may vary based on product availability, documentation review, and regulatory requirements.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will be notified if additional documentation or information is required before fulfillment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on order size, destination, and regulatory compliance.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and carrier service.

  • All shipments are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws governing hemp-derived products.

4 Side Distributors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Products are shipped only to states and jurisdictions where such products are legally permitted.

  • Certain products may have additional restrictions based on THC content or state regulations.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local legality prior to ordering.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is wholesale and subject to change without notice.

  • Payment terms are agreed upon prior to order confirmation.

  • Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully received and verified.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hemp-derived and consumable products:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of verified damage, incorrect shipment, or documented fulfillment error.

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of 4 Side Distributors following investigation and verification.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us immediately upon receipt

  • Provide supporting documentation, including photos and carrier reports

We will work with the carrier to resolve claims where applicable.

8. Compliance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee acceptance or resale eligibility in jurisdictions with changing or restrictive regulations.

Buyers assume responsibility for lawful resale, storage, and handling upon delivery.
